Fifteen years of entrepreneurship in parallel: several co-founded companies, up to 70 people led and 200,000 users served, before a sale to a large group. The same principles as at the table: decide fast, under pressure, with limited information, and bring others along.
AI
Today he leads a transformation consulting practice and works with executives and teams on artificial intelligence: AI culture, tooling, process redesign and change management. His keynotes and workshops combine storytelling, live experiments with the audience, and methods teams can apply straight away.
