Workshops and long-term work
What happens after the keynote.
A keynote opens a door. What walks through it is a small group working on a real decision, and then work that lasts.
The format
Every keynote becomes a decision workshop
All three keynotes exist as workshops, for twelve to twenty people. We put on the table a decision the team actually has to make, and apply the tools from the stage to it. The session ends with a written call, its conditions and its deadline.
See the three keynotesThe principle
Skin in the game
Whoever recommends a decision should carry part of its risk. That is the rule I apply to my own work: I stay engaged until the decision produces a measurable effect, and I accept being judged on it. That is what separates a speaker from a temporary partner.
The duration
Engagements measured in months, sometimes years
On innovation and artificial intelligence, I work with organisations well beyond the stage: AI culture, tooling, process redesign, change management. The five below have trusted me with that long-haul work.
Long-term engagements

Have a decision that needs making?
Describe the context in three lines. I answer personally within twenty-four hours, and I say so when it is not for me.
